What Sasquatch! Bands Have You Been Into Lately?

So I thought I would start a discussion about bands I've been rocking out to lately.....

If you are an R.E.M. fan check out their new album it is just a straight forward rock album, short and to the point and for those of us who grew up in the late 80s and 90s you will feel nostalgic listening to "Accelerate"(for more 90s nostalgia check out Built to Spill's dreamy, fuzzy rock).....Do you like Band of Horses? Carissa's Weird? If you answered yes then you will love the Grand Archives. I love this band and cannot wait to hear them live, I only wish I had gotten into them earlier because I think they are going to be......If you want to smile get a New Pornographers album. I've been listening to the "Challengers" album a lot lately, it is just great indie pop with some quirks......If you love Flameco with a side of metal check out Rodrigo Y Gabriela, they will blow your mind......Rogue Wave is a band that everytime one of their songs come up on my ipod I'm like who is this? I love it! Rogue Wave? I must like this band.....and finally.....I have seen the Flaming Lips a couple of times now and they are phenomenally fun live, but I never owned one of their albums, now that I do, wow, they really translate both ways, do yourself a favor and pick one or two or six of them up......

Now it's your turn, what Sasquatch! bands have you been into lately?

Disclaimer: I am not a professional music reviewer, just a dude who loves music, so take my opinions for they are worth.....

Yeah, Say hi is good, I saw them a few years ago when they were say hi to your mom and I remember really enjoying them they're kind of lo-fi, which I think there needs to be more bands that go that route with how produced so many bands are these days. I'm glad you like the Grand Archives. I look forward to seeing M.I.A. live to see how she pulls it off. The National I have listened to, but have not been able to really get into, they sound good to me, but not really evoking any feelings for me. I will give them another listen though. That's what's so great about music. there is a band(s) for everyone. Music that just clicks perfectly with your ears.
